The driving steel gears deliver continuous, highly-efficient output. This medium-duty grinder can handle up to 7 -10 lb. of meat per minute. For optimal grinding results, the meat should be chilled to 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
