White Fresh Polish Sausage Seasoning (Net Wt. 1lb 4oz.)
Our White Fresh Polish Sausage Seasoning is our in-house specialty seasoning for making Biala Surowa (translates to White Fresh). It is a traditional Polish Sausage commonly served during Easter. Made in small batches, seasonally, in our facility in Buffalo, NY. This will season 50 lbs. of Meat for Sausage and/or Patties. (Comes with Free Homepack of Natural Casings, makes 25-30lbs. $12.50 Value!).
Ingredients: Salt, White Pepper, Garlic Granulated, Marjoram, Mace, Soybean Oil used to aid in the mixing process.
*The seasoning is mixed without the use of silicone dioxide, an anticaking agent. Simply shake the container or crush with your hand to loosen if a little clumpy.
The Briner
The 22 quart capacity Briner has a locking plate that keeps all your food submerged securely and hygienically. Used by award winning chefs, restaurants, culinary schools, caterers and competition BBQ teams. The Briner is designed and manufactured from food grade, BPA free plastic in the USA.
Locking Plate - The Briner’s built-in locking plate slides down and locks in place to hold whatever you’re brining below the liquid. No more stacking plates to keep your food submerged.
